Covid-19/Flu Protocols
- All reused props and backdrops are disinfected between sessions
- Please review the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 and/or the Flu. If you are showing any symptoms, have been exposed to Covid-19/the Flu within 2 weeks of your shoot, or feel unwell at all, please notify Perfect Portraits by Jae to reschedule your session. Please be honest and report any symptoms to protect the photographer and other clients.

Deposits and Refunds
- There is a $15 deposit due at the time of booking. Your session date and time is not reserved until your deposit is received
- This deposit is non-refundable
- The deposit is subtracted from you session total. Ex: If your session total is $100, the $15 deposit is subtracted and you owe $85 at the time of the shoot
- Deposits are only refundable if your session is cancelled BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER and the session IS NOT rescheduled to a later date and/or time
- NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- If you are unhappy with your final images, please contact the photographer

On-Location Photo Shoot Policies
- Outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. No penalties will be held against the client
- If a permit is required to conduct a session at a client’s desired location, the client will be responsible for obtaining the permit and any costs involved
- Locations outside a 25-mile radius of the studio are subject to a travel fee. Multiple locations will incur a fee of $10 per additional location (unless otherwise discussed)
- If for any chance you need to change the location of your shoot, please notify your photographer 48 hours in advance so they are able to make proper accommodations

Outfit Changes
- Outfit options are unlimited, but changing time is subtracted from your session time
- At on location shoots, the client is responsible for organizing changing location

Arrival Time and Tardiness
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your photo shoot to allow time to prepare yourself and make any last minute touch-ups
- If you are more than 15min late or do not show, your session will be canceled. You may reschedule, but your deposit WILL NOT carry over
- Additional time will not be added to your shoot if you are late. Ex: if you arrive 10 min late to a 30 min shoot, your shoot will last for 20min and will still end at the agreed upon time

Rescheduling and Cancellations
- You may reschedule your session date one (1) time for no additional fee, provided that you contact the photographer at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session (unless there is an unforeseen emergency)
- If you choose reschedule your portrait session prior to being photographed, you may use 100% of your session deposit towards a future session fee that occurs within 1 month of your original scheduled date
- If you reschedule more than once, your deposit is forfeited
- If you choose to cancel your portrait session prior to being photographed within five (5) days of your shoot, and do not wish to reschedule a future session, you will forfeit 100% of your original non-refundable session deposit

Personal Photos/Cameras
- No personal pictures may be taken or posted
- Behind the scenes pictures and videos may be taken and posted with permission of the photographer
- If there are any additional questions about this policy, please contact the photographer

Image Ownership
- Photographer owns ALL RIGHTS to the images
- Photographer has the right to use and publish any and all images taken during your session. Uses may include, but are not limited to; online portfolios, competition/scholarship portfolios, company advertising, social media posts and advertisement, or look books

Client Image Use
- All images may be posted online by the subject
- When posting, company watermark MUST be visible
- When posting on social media, Perfect Portraits by Jae and/or the photographer MUST be tagged/mentioned in all posts. This can include @s or tags, or adding Perfect Portraits by Jae social media or website links
- No filters or edits can be added to the images. If images are shared, they must be in the state your photographer shares them in. If you want any changes made to your images, please contact your photographer.
